Purpose of the Trip and Brief Itinerary*To provide opportunities for our students to train and compete at one the major global regattas.
The club travelled to the Boston to race at the Head of the Charles this half term with great success. Twenty-eight athletes in total raced at the Head of the Charles and the club plans to travel to Boston again in 2024. This trip would be open to the current J16 and J15 squads (Boys & Girls). The cost of the 2022 trip was £1400 inclusive. Athletes who would be interested in this trip are asked to keep the dates clear for 2024. Athletes are reminded that the limitation on numbers for this sports tour are set by our allocation of boats into the event by the Head of the Charles Regatta Committee. This decision is made in May 2024.
