Open to: Enrolment at the end of Shells to Upper Sixth
Led by: Maj. M Lee (Army) and Plt Off R Hornby (RAF)
The Combined Cadet Force is a popular and flourishing co-curricular activity. The CCF offers life changing experiences that no other extra-curricular activity can match.
Our aim is to enable the development of personal responsibility, leadership and self-discipline. Each CCF is an educational partnership between the school and the Ministry of Defence, and King's CCF includes Army and Royal Air Force sections.
For pupils enrolled in the CCF there are a number of trips throughout the year:
Exercise Bronze Fox (2 days, 1 night)
Easter Camp (4 days during the Easter Holidays)
Summer Camp (7 days during the first week of the Summer Holidays)
For pupils enrolled on the CCF full details on all trips will be provided at the beginning of the academic year
